Ferrari coverage runs in layers: three years of factory warranty, seven years of scheduled maintenance, then extensions that can carry protection to the sixteenth year and maintenance to the twentieth.
Which layers apply depends on your car’s age, mileage, model, and service history. Below is every program, what it covers, and who qualifies.

Every new Ferrari carries three years of unlimited-mileage coverage against manufacturing defects, parts and labor, honored at any authorized Ferrari dealer worldwide.
Coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship. Wear items — brake pads, rotors, tires, clutch, wiper blades — are excluded by definition, as is damage from accident, modification, or use outside the owner’s manual.
The Ferrari Extended Warranty continues the same factory coverage from year four through year eight. It’s purchased in 12- or 24-month terms and renewed annually or every two years.
It can be taken out when the car is bought, at any point during the standard warranty, or within 30 days of expiry. We track renewal windows and reach out before coverage lapses.
As a Ferrari matures, Ferrari Power Warranty takes over — factory-backed protection for the systems that matter most: engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and electrical components. Coverage renews annually following an inspection by our certified technicians, keeping older Ferraris running the way they were built to.
Owners can also add Power Warranty + Maintenance, pairing mechanical protection with scheduled annual service in a single program.
To qualify: The car must be under 74,500 miles with verifiable service history, and cannot have been in a serious accident, tampered with, or used on track or commercially.
We perform the inspection here and confirm eligibility before you commit.
Ferrari Genuine Maintenance covers scheduled service for the first seven years from delivery, parts and labor included.
Two options are available — service every 12,500 miles, or once a year with no mileage restriction. Pick based on how much you drive.
Every visit is recorded in Ferrari’s digital service database and honored across the authorized network worldwide. The program covers new cars and pre-owned Ferraris bought through an Official Dealer.
Ferrari Premium replaces components that degrade with age rather than mileage — hydraulic power steering, fuel and induction, braking, and cooling systems — using original spare parts specified per model.
Each completed program is documented with a Ferrari Premium Certificate. That documentation is what makes Ferrari Classiche certification straightforward when the car reaches eligibility. We hold Classiche authorization, so the same facility handles both ends of that process.
Premium is model-specific. Ferrari lists:
360 Modena · F430 · 456 GT/GTA · 550 Maranello · 550 Barchetta · 575 Maranello · 575 Superamerica · 599 GTB Fiorano · 599 Superamerica · 599 GTO · 612 Scaglietti · 612 Scaglietti Sessanta · Enzo
Send us your chassis number and we'll confirm.
Often Confused
One is maintenance, the other is warranty. They cover different things and can run at the same time.
Ferrari Premium
Power16
An eligible car can carry both — Premium refreshing components before they fail, Power16 covering the failure that wasn't scheduled.
Every genuine part we install carries its own protection — 24 months, unlimited mileage, labor included when installed through our service center. It covers manufacturing defects, though normal wear items like brake pads and tires fall outside its scope.
Keeping installation within the authorized Ferrari network is what keeps this coverage intact.
Plug-in hybrid Ferraris carry 60 months of coverage from delivery on the high-voltage battery, battery management systems, inverter modules, electric motors, and power management. Applies to the SF90 Stradale and Spider, SF90 XX Stradale and Spider, 296 GTB, and 296 GTS.
Two extension programs go further, and both include a free high-voltage battery replacement:
If battery technology has advanced, the replacement is a current-generation pack. Both transfer to subsequent owners, and both can be activated regardless of your car's year of production after a technical inspection we handle here.
Available 24/7 for vehicles covered under a manufacturer warranty or Power service contract.
Three years unlimited mileage from the factory, extendable through year eight in 12- or 24-month terms. From year nine, Ferrari Power Warranty can extend mechanical coverage to the sixteenth year with annual inspection.
74,500 miles (120,000 km). Cars above that don’t qualify. The car also needs verifiable service history and no record of serious accidents, tampering, competition, track, or commercial use.
Yes, under the extension programs. Warranty Extension Hybrid includes a high-voltage battery replacement at year 8, and Power Hybrid includes one at year 16, both at no extra cost. If battery technology has advanced, the replacement is a current-generation pack.
Premium is a legacy-model program covering the 360 Modena, F430, 456 GT/GTA, 550 Maranello and Barchetta, 575 Maranello and Superamerica, 599 GTB Fiorano, Superamerica and GTO, 612 Scaglietti and Sessanta, and the Enzo.<!– VERIFY –> If your car isn’t listed, service after year seven is quoted individually.
Yes. Genuine Maintenance transfers with the car, as do the hybrid extension programs. Documented service history is what preserves that value at resale.
Service outside the factory schedule, non-genuine parts, undocumented work, and modifications can all affect claims. Competition, track, and commercial use disqualify a car from Power Warranty entirely.
The manufacturer warranty extension must be purchased during the standard warranty period or within 30 days of expiry. Power Warranty is available from year nine subject to inspection. Hybrid programs can be activated at any point after a technical inspection.
No. The three-year manufacturer warranty is unlimited mileage — a car driven 15,000 miles a year carries the same coverage as one driven 3,000. Mileage limits appear later, at Power Warranty, which caps at 74,500 miles.
During the standard warranty period, or within 30 days of its expiry. After that the manufacturer extension is no longer available and the next option is Power Warranty from year nine, subject to inspection.
Warranty and extension programs require service to Ferrari’s schedule using genuine parts, documented in the car’s service record. Gaps or non-genuine parts can affect claims and will affect resale value.
