For purists, the bond between driver, machine, and road is sacred.

That connection just hit a new peak.

Ferrari has brought three-pedal driving back to its front-engined V12 flagship with the 12Cilindri Manuale — the first front-mounted V12 Ferrari to offer a physical gated shifter since the 599 GTB.

Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale is South Florida’s destination for collectors ready to claim a piece of this analog renaissance.

The Engine

819 HP, Zero Compromise

No turbos.

No hybrid batteries.

Just a naturally aspirated V12, doing what it does best.

  • 6.5L, 65° dry-sump V12
  • 819 hp @ 9,250 RPM
  • 500 lb-ft of torque @ 7,250 RPM
  • 9,500 RPM redline

Foot flat to the floor, this engine rewards you with a screaming, symphonic exhaust note — echoing down the streets of Fort Lauderdale.

Manuale By-Wire

How It Actually Works

This isn’t a traditional mechanical linkage pulled from Ferrari’s past. Instead, the 12Cilindri Manuale combines a physical aluminum gated shifter and genuine clutch pedal with Ferrari’s 8-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Digital sensors track clutch and shifter inputs in real time, recreating the feel of a true 6-speed manual while modulating rev-matching and resistance through software.

Mismanage the clutch, and yes — the car can stall.

Highlights

  • Physical aluminum gated shifter
  • Simulated 6-speed manual experience
  • Functional clutch pedal
  • Ability to stall the car
  • Toggle between manual and automatic modes

Want to cruise A1A instead of hunting apexes? Flick a toggle and let the 8-speed DCT take over.

Design

A Nod to the Daytona

The exterior traces its lines back to the late-1960s 365 GTB4 “Daytona.”

Most visible in the front fascia band that gives the nose its unmistakable identity.

A quiet homage, rather than a costume.

Inside, the same restraint carries through in leather and Alcantara.

The gated shifter sits as the cabin’s natural centerpiece.

For owners who want to go further, Tailor Made opens the door to:

  • Daytona-style pinstriping
  • Custom-forged wheels
  • Bespoke leather, stitching, and color — down to the last detail

Availability & Pricing

Ferrari has set the Italian starting price at €590,000 before options.

At current exchange rates, that lands somewhere in the $670,000–$675,000 range for the US — though official US pricing hasn’t been announced yet.

European deliveries are expected to begin in early 2027.

US timing and final MSRP will follow, likely later in the year.

Only 1,499, Worldwide

Manual-transmission V12 Ferraris have historically become some of the most sought-after cars in Ferrari history.

With production limited to just 1,499 units worldwide, the 12Cilindri Manuale immediately enters that conversation.
