This is my second vehicle in a year that Hank has worked with me on. The experience has been professional, friendly, responsive and cooperative. We closed the deal 4 days before the Christmas weekend and Hank was able to arrange delivery from NJ to Ft Lauderdale in time for pick up Christmas eve day. The car was a surprise for my wife and the guys at the dealership could not have been more accommodating or helpful, including a big red bow on the car. "Purchase of Pre-Owned Porsche 911"

I just purchased a pre-owned Porsche 911 from Ferrari-Fort Lauderdale. Hank Carpenter was my sales person, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. I found this car online, sent an inquiry and was promptly contacted by Hank. I had a ton of questions and requests, each of which were thoughtfully address by Hank beyond satisfaction. Wonderful communication throughout the process. And the great service did not end with the purchase of the car. There was a nearly imperceptible defect with a small area of the interior of the door panel (Hank pointed this out to me; no chance I would have noticed). Hank arranged to have that replaced, at no cost, as the vehicle is still under warranty. He even offered me the use of another vehicle while that is being addressed. Everyone on the Ferrari-Fort Lauderdale team is top notch. Highly recommend. I rave to my friends, work colleagues and clients about the experience. I will be back for my next ride.
