ALMS – A weekend at Road America

Maranello, 18 August – Two weeks after the round at Mid-Ohio, the American Le Mans Series resumes today at the Road America circuit for the sixth round of the championship. Three Ferraris are entered in the GT category at the Elkhart Lake venue in Wisconsin: Risi Competizione has its 458 Italia driven by the usual pairing of Jaime Melo and Toni Vilander, while Extreme Speed Motorsports has two cars crewed by Scott Sharp-Johannes van Overbeek and Guy Cosmo-Ed Brown. Following today’s testing, tomorrow features qualifying to decide the grid, while the four hour race gets underway on Sunday at 15h00.
