Ferrari 458 Spider wins "Best Imported Cabrio" award

                                               

Following on from its nomination in the Teamspeed Car of the Year award for 2012, German magazine Auto Zeitung has awarded the brilliant 458 Spider the "Best Imported Cabrio for 2011".

At a ceremony today in Düsseldorf, the prize was handed over to Ferrari representatives, and it makes it the second international award for the 458 Spider since its launch at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

Proving its popularity, it was the readers who selected the 458 Spider over other nominees. It's not hard to see why. Even Teamspeed's Peter Burgess spoke about the "simple thrill it gives as soon as you get behind the wheel."
