2004 FERRARI FXX EVOLUTION

Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale is excited to announce the arrival of this incredible 2004 Ferrari FXX Evoluzione (s/n 145748). Finished in Rosso Scuderia over Alcantara Nera, the FXX Evoluzione has been fastidiously maintained by Ferrari engineers. Since its upgrade to full Evoluzione-spec in late 2010, it has not been driven in any Clienti Corse events and is in immaculate condition. As one of only 30 produced by Ferrari, this FXX is incredibly rare and highly collectible!

Designed for track use exclusively administered by Ferrari's Corse Clienti, the Enzo-based FXX is part of a specific research and development program. The feedback that Ferrari engineers have gained from this program has allowed them to establish and solidify new technologies for future road and race cars. Offering blistering performance similar to F1 cars, and maintenance performed exclusively by Ferrari, the legendary FXX race cars have set the stage for all Ferrari models to follow!

The FXX is motivated by a mighty, 789HP 6.3L version of the V12 found in the Enzo road car. The highly advanced F1 gearbox provides shift times of 100ms, and advanced Carbon Fiber-reinforced Silicon Carbide Ceramic Composite brakes ensure incredible stopping power. Aerodynamic upgrades to the FXX body allow for extremely stable high-speed maneuvering and a sophisticated traction-control system effectively puts the FXX's power to the ground.

As FXX development continued, an Evoluzione Package was added to this FXX by Ferrari, at a cost of $300,000. As a result, engine output was increased to 860HP at 9,500 RPM, downforce improved over 25%, and shift time from the F1 gearbox reduced to a mere 60ms. In addition, the FXX Evoluzione has been equipped with two seats for tandem track days!
